Dream Builders was founded in 2006 and licensed in Virginia as a Class A builder for commercial and residential construction. The founding principle was simple: offer only the industry's finest materials and best installation practices.
That is why the decks are Trex, installed by a Trex Pro Platinum crew, and the roofs are GAF, installed by a GAF brand certified installer. From the initial consult through the final county inspections, you get a professional experience at honest pricing.

Nick started as a roofing installer, then apprenticed under a Dutch master carpenter, learning everything from sweeping to complex rafter cuts and layouts. He still enjoys seeing a project through from the first design to the final build.
02 / 03Rob grew up in Spotsylvania County and graduated from Mary Washington College. He has more than 25 years in the construction industry and has been with Dream Builders since 2007, building Trex decks and GAF roofs for the Fredericksburg community.
03 / 03Ricardo grew up in Guadalajara and settled in Fredericksburg, where he and his wife raised a son and two daughters. He has more than 25 years of experience as a carpenter.
Crews arrive between 8 and 10 am on installation day and work until sundown when the project calls for it.
The crew chief introduces themselves when they arrive, so you know exactly who is running your job.
Material handlers clean up at the end of each day. Questions go straight to the office at (540) 295-4111.
When the project is complete, we walk it with you, and every work area is left as clean as possible.
